Summer 2021
A season well filled. Half my summer was spent out of town: two weeks in Oregon, a week in Oak Isle, two and a half weeks on the Occoquan, two weeks in Raleigh. The other half was in DC, filled with Saturday morning walks around nearby lakes, Sunday nights at a terrible Irish pub, weekend explorations of new (Charles Town) and old favorite cities (Leesburg, Harpers Ferry), weekday wine nights with the girls. It wasn't quite the ~hot vax summer~ we all expected, but it was a good, full season nevertheless.
